Selling your home is not just sticking a sign on the lawn (or snow bank) and waiting for the phone to ring. It’s a process that starts establishing an educated estimate of value and then doing whatever we can to enhance that value as well as making the home as marketable as possible. We then need to market the home based on the type of home, the given the area, situation and or the desired results. All this to be accomplished with professionalism and with protecting your interests in mind.
